1. General Terms

  • These Terms govern the use of our website and the purchase of our products.

  • We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site means acceptance of any changes.


2. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website, including images, logos, product descriptions, and designs, is owned by Divine Covenant and protected under copyright and trademark laws.

  • You may not copy, distribute, or use our content without written permission.


3. Order Processing & Shipping

  • Orders are processed within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends & holidays).

  • Estimated delivery time is 8-11 business days.

  • Shipping delays caused by courier services, customs, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control, and we are not liable for any such delays.

  • Customers must ensure their shipping details are correct before placing an order. Divine Covenant is not responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses.

  • In case of delays, we will make reasonable efforts to assist customers in tracking their orders but cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.


4. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

  • No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

  • Customers may exchange a product within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging to qualify for an exchange.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.


5. Warranty & Liability

  • Lifetime Warranty: Applies only to the Crowned in Faith necklace and covers manufacturing defects.

  • Customers must pay a R199 replacement fee to receive a new item under warranty.

  • The warranty does not cover:

    • Normal wear and tear

    • Accidental damage

    • Tarnishing or discoloration due to improper care, exposure to chemicals, perfumes, water, sweat, or other environmental factors

  • Divine Covenant is not liable for allergic reactions, improper product use, or damages caused by external factors.


6. Product Disclaimer & Tarnishing

  • 925 Sterling Silver naturally oxidizes and tarnishes over time due to exposure to air, moisture, and body oils. This is a normal process and can be cleaned with a silver polishing cloth.

  • Tarnishing or color changes do not indicate a defect.

  • Factors that accelerate tarnishing include:

    • Contact with perfumes, lotions, sweat, and chemicals

    • Wearing jewelry in the shower, swimming pools, or while exercising

    • Exposure to high humidity or air pollution

  • Copper-based jewelry (if applicable) may develop a greenish patina over time, which is a natural oxidation process.

  • Divine Covenant is not responsible for tarnishing, discoloration, or any changes in jewelry appearance after purchase.

  • Customers are responsible for proper care and maintenance of their jewelry.


7. Payment & Security

  • We accept secure payments via EFT.

  • Customer payment details are not stored by Divine Covenant.

  • We use industry-standard security measures to protect transactions, but we are not liable for third-party breaches.


8. Limitation of Liability

  • Divine Covenant is not responsible for indirect damages such as lost shipments, courier delays, or allergic reactions.

  • We do not guarantee the product lifespan, as it depends on individual use and care.

  • Customers agree to purchase and use our products at their own risk.


9. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by South African law.

  • Any disputes will first be resolved through negotiation. If unresolved, legal proceedings will take place in South Africa.
